Rustic Oak Picture Frame.

This characterful Picture Frame has been made out of 500 year old French Barn Oak that was used in an Animal barn.

You’re not going to get much more rustic than this frame!

I’ve gently cleaned this old Oak up leaving its original patina, although the wood is ancient it's absolutely solid, it has obvious signs of its old life but has much life left in it yet.

I’ve finished it with a clear wax which has brought out the gorgeous colourings and enhanced the beautiful naturally aged surface.
