I have collected a range of Seaweeds from the Coast line of Hayling Island, where i live, I pressed them, then have had them printed.
The timber that i have used to make the frames up with has also been salvaged from the seafront of the Island.

Having spent decades being battered by the sea and weather, each frame is different with its own character.
These Seaweed prints are of pressings i’ve taken from 14 different varieties along the Jurassic Coast in Dorset, each Seaweed has then been professionally photographed and printed on high quality slightly textured A3 paper.
These Picture Frames look great hanging as a set of three, or just alone.

Large Driftwood Style Picture Frame.
This weathered old wood was once part of a sea groyne at a Bournemouth beach.
Having spent decades in the sea being battered by the elements, this lovely old wood has a great driftwood feel to it.
I’ve left this oversized Picture Frame dry, it’ll look stunning with any artwork.
This Picture Frame comes fitted with acrylic.

Chipped Paint Picture Frame.
This rustic mahogany Picture Frame has a great distressed look.
It was part of my houseboat that is a Motor Torpedo Boat from WW2.
It has the original grey and cream paint intact that the interior of my boat was painted with when she was built in 1943, this mahogany was part of the front deck that i’ve just had replaced.
You can hang this picture frame either way up, please specify when purchasing so I know where to put its fixtures.

A rustic picture frame with a weathered grey patina.
This old Oak has loads of character and a great Driftwood look, salvaged from an old boardwalk that went down to the sea on Hayling Island.

This driftwood Style Picture Frame has been made out of Larch which I’ve whitewashed to give a coastal feel to it.
It's been fitted with a stone coloured mountboard that will hold an A2 sized print.
This picture frame can be hung either way up, please specify when purchasing.

I’ve made this beautiful picture frame out of an old sea groyne that was part of the sea defence in Bournemouth, it has an extremely weathered and textured surface which has been left dry and as is.
Because of its size and weight I have used acrylic instead of glass, there's no difference visually.
