Postage times & info

The postage cost for the UK (mainland) is included in the price of the item.

You should expect to receive your item within 5 to 6 days at the latest, it's usually around 3 days.

Although I don’t live where my Picture Frames and other items are stored I’m usually there most days and will send the purchase out the next day with a courier.

You will get a confirmation email from the delivery company as soon as I have arranged it, please check your emails (especially your trash folder as these emails often find their way into here) regularly for the notifications, this will have your tracking number and an estimation of when the item is on its way to you.

When on the checkout page there's an option to leave me your phone number, please do so as I often need to ask which way your frame is going to hang so I can attach its fixtures or alert you to a missed delivery when you haven't seen mine or the couriers emails, I will only ever contact you regarding a query.

I only use Royal Mail, Parcelforce or DHL.

If you are purchasing something and won’t be at the address you have given me on particular days then please leave me a message as soon as you’ve bought the product, The couriers will only attempt to deliver something once or twice before it gets returned.

If you want to return an item then please get in touch with me as soon as it's been delivered and I’ll arrange my own return collection, please do not return it in different packaging than it was delivered in or with a different courier than it came with, the cost of the return delivery will be deducted from your refund which I will provide when the item comes safely back to me unused.

Overseas customers will need to contact me before getting to the checkout on my website, You won’t be able to complete your purchase with an international address, I do ship abroad but you will need to tell me which item you’re after and let me know your address, I’ll then get the cost and let you know whether you’ll be liable for any customs fees which I’m not responsible for.

There is a delay on my website when an item gets left in the basket at the checkout and you go back to browsing my website, when you return to the basket the item will appear sold out, this is because the website holds onto it for a short period of time which can be annoying! If this has happened drop me a quick message with a screenshot of the item you want to purchase and I’ll add another one to the listing, you will then be able to buy it.
